An extroardinary site!

Here is a family of 14 whose roots date back to the first Jerusalem Temple more then 2000 years ago. They are making the Matza, unleavened bread, which must be baked from start to finish in under 18minutes.

For over 3000 years the people of the Book have been making Matza, to commemorate their Exodus out of Egypt.
